Thank for the thought on leadership. It has given me some more insight. However leaders are people whom see beyond those they are leading. They are people whom are willing to solve proplem in the best possible means.

All initiatives that we practice to change the way we work needs

Sounds like a receipe but when practiced with honesty it produces wondeful results. When confronted with any issue, ask yourself “How would the person I want to be deal with this?” And the person we want to be will assist us into becoming who we want to become.
