If you need advice, get it from people who know whatthey are talking about. Napoleon Hill says that,“opinion is the cheapest commodity on earth”. Make sureyou review for yourself the opinion of others beforeyou act on them."It is not the straining for great things that is mosteffective; it is the doing of the little things, thecommon duties, a little better and better."

Nice tips Ken ;
Although a little pressure is always challenging and motivating but still , a leader should also let the team know what they are going to receive after the pressure or special mission is over - and be concerned about WIIFM [whats in it for me] --
Another important point to consider about pressure is to
" define pressure" . If its something temporary or time- bound it's fine--- but, if it becomes a constant feature & culture of an organisation then its too demotivating , depreciating and will ultimately result in the employees burn out.

Felix,
I agree with you, no matter the pressure, a good leader keeps moving forward, towards his/her vision I will add. Thank you for you contribution.

Chuks,
I'm glad you liked the tips. In the same line you're pointint to I would say that being honest and clear about what's going on might not be popular, but in the end is the best policy to follow under pressure.
