I must say Bravo for the great ideas you are giving for the young leaders. you know majority of the African population is made of young people and they have not done much in leadership. I think through your literature, one day, one time, we shall begine to see young african leaders.

Great Work! Ken, you are blazing the trail! I wish to add this point: To lead from where you are also involves ‘having the vision for a higher level of leadership’. That vision will be a driving force propelling you to keep in-putting your best and developing yourself in the place you are, until you outgrow it. Leading from where you are does not mean you should stay there.

Hi,
Most people are attitude wise poor listeners.Good leaders are good listeners too.Leaders do not drive along a one way street !One also can disgree with out being disagreeable ….also at times a leader need to be firm but fair…and with out soundind to be personal and indifferent.
