Hi Ken,
Stumbling on this site is one of the best things that happened to me in recent time. I mostly enjoy the quotations posted on side of the articles. In line with this, I remember one of the quotations speaking on the fact that things dont happen by chance. In my opinion things do, but then a function of what use such is put. One of the most underlooked quality of a leader is PERSERVERANCE. No amount of education, skill and strength can surpass this trait because it is in-built. Every upcoming leader should have it, how else will he/she lead others.
