The more I reflect, practice, learn and, read about leadership, the more I believe we’re living in the best time of history. Just think of this: the fact you’re reading this post only a few minutes after I wrote it, and you are 10.000 miles away from the place I live in, is just wonderful. I live in Chile, you’re probably in India, or China, or Canada, or Sweden, or any other of the 162 countries that this month only have visited BeALeader.Net. Never in the history of mankind people from all over the world could share ideas, thougts, needs and experiences in such a fast way. But most important, never in the history of mankind, an ordinary man could reach so far away in several directions simultaneously from his homeland.
Just think of how easy is for anyone who access the internet to know what happens in New York, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, or Bangalore. When I was I child I used to hear that books make you travel to new worlds, new ideas, new realities. But today, the internet is helping millions to get to those worlds, to nurture themselves, nurture their minds with facts, information and knowledge about every conceivable human activity.
I’ve seen a lot of good and high quality internet web sites, and there’s so much room to keep adding more and more content, and valuable information to help make this world a better place. This website is my contribution. I feel so deeply grateful for my life, with all the goods and the not so goods, and even the bad ones, that I thought I should return something. I’m ahead of you guys in some areas, and back in others, well in the things I’m ahead I want to help, and in the ones I’m back I want to learn.
Sorry for being so personal in the post, but I just wanted to let you know that you’re important, no matter where you are, no matter what you do, you are important, and you can make a difference. I had probably said this a thousand times, but I will do it again: leadership is attitude, not position. You Are A Leader you only need to find what you can lead in, that’s your challenge. Meanwhile, I’ll keep sharing every single bit of information about leadership that I find to help you.
Keep Improving, Enjoy Life, we’re living in the best of the times, and is up to us to make it even better.

I earlier on said, I’m happy to be here. Even that to me now is an understatement. At the first instance when I scanned thru the article I was almost tempted not fully relax and read to digest as usual, but I eventually decided to and was happy to stil learn a few things. ‘Leadership is an attitute not a position’. Indeed everyone is a leader in one way or the other. Think about this, who do you think you are when you tell someone to lift something and put it somewhere? you are a leader at that time cos u want somthing to be put right. We are all leaders even to ourselves.
I can predict confidently that this is going to be one of the best leadership sites on the internet in no time. Keep up the good work.
Leadership is the core organisationa process stimulating strategy, plan, action, motivation, team building, rewards, review, etc
Maybe it is high time we institute a global leadership audit and best global leadership award to promote and identify emulative role models stimulating internalisation of values and beliefs in leadership for effective institution building – doing more and talking less on leadership with innovative thought approaches and practice.

I have always felt left out especially when I did not recieve my promotion after 3 years of graduation. Many people at this stage would give up, but I stood the taste of time, these 3 years have built an inner strength of leadership like no other. True Leaders can go through life successfully after untold peserverance. Folks, TRUE LEADERS NEVER GIVE UP, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GOING IS HARDEST.
