I have always felt left out especially when I did not recieve my promotion after 3 years of graduation. Many people at this stage would give up, but I stood the taste of time, these 3 years have built an inner strength of leadership like no other. True Leaders can go through life successfully after untold peserverance. Folks, TRUE LEADERS NEVER GIVE UP, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GOING IS HARDEST.

Leadership is the core organisationa process stimulating strategy, plan, action, motivation, team building, rewards, review, etc

Maybe it is high time we institute a global leadership audit and best global leadership award to promote and identify emulative role models stimulating internalisation of values and beliefs in leadership for effective institution building – doing more and talking less on leadership with innovative thought approaches and practice.

Indeed everyone is a leader in one way or the other. Think about this, who do you think you are when you tell someone to lift something and put it somewhere? you are a leader at that time cos u want somthing to be put right. We are all leaders even to ourselves.
