5 Steps To Success

5-steps-to-success

A true leader knows what he/she wants from life, and has a way to achieve those goals. In fact, the good leader knows that success does not come easily or by chance. Success has nothing to do with luck, and most of the time, behind great success stories you’ll find a lot of work, perseverance and never ending will to achieve the dreams and goals those stories are about.

The common place for success is setting goals, planning, and perserverance to follow the plans and achieve the goals that were set. I’m sharing with you a simple 5 step formula to tackle every goal you set for yourself.

1. Know your vision or desired outcome
Before jumping into action, you should be a hundred percent sure of what your desired outcome is. If you don’t know what to expect from your actions, then don’t act. Think and then act.

2. Make a Plan
Once you know what you want, write out every possible action you think or believe you can do to achieve that goal. Place every action you need to do in the order they need to be performed, set deadlines and times for each of them. If you can, check the plan with someone you trust, and modify it until you think it’s done.

3. Start And Work As Your Plan Says
Do you think you have the plan in your hands? If you feel confident enough to give the plan to someone with your skills and know that if the plan is followed the proper outcome will be achieved then you’re set to go. Start and don’t stop until you finish the plan.

4. Stay Focused
Sometimes your plan includes many high level activities, and as such, those activities are not well defined. That could lead to losing the focus. To prevent that, once a day or even often, you need to check your plan and remind yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing. If you’re stuck then replan and redefine some activities to the point you feel you can move on again. But, don’t catch yourself daydreaming or not working on it.

5. Celebrate And Keep Moving
Every time you achieve a milestone in your plan, celebrate it (accordingly) and move forward. Be happy and enjoy the ride, the outcome is important, so is the ride!!

Remember, only five steps to achieve what you want:

1. Know Your Vision Or Desired Outcome

2. Make a Plan

3. Start and Work As Your Plan Says

4. Stay Focused

5. Celebrate And Keep Moving

Now you have these steps to achieve whatever you want, I need to ask you. What do you want to achieve?

Think about it, and then start. Stop daydreaming, and start acting, start doing. Go dare to move and be a leader.
Be A Leader!!!

Leadership need not always be about leading others but can also mean leading yourself to success. I had a dream of starting my own enterprise and I worked in that direction ceaselessly keeping in mind that a good administrator should be conversant with what he is demanding from others.

These are simple reasonable points explained above; yes following these steps I believe will contribute positively to a man’s success stories. At this point I deliberately re-emphasize two of the steps; ‘Make a Plan’ and ‘Start And Work As Your Plan Says’. Speaking from experience, these are sincerely necessary, as much as others are anyway.

I think the most important idea from this article is – begin with end in mind (Step 1). Most people lack this quality skill, they directly go towards accomplishment of some goal and have no idea what it is.
If u are not sure where u want to go, then any road will take u there.
