First of all, I want to thank you for your comments. Every post I write has to do with my vision of leadership, which of course is just parcial. But I have to say that I keep myself reading, talking and searching so I can share with you the most up to date information that I have about it.

I’m looking forward to develop a better newsletter to send you daily topics around leadership, management and all the important qualities leaders should have.

There is a tool called GA (Gap analysis) with which you can understand your present position and set goals for future. Then all left is for you to fill the gap. I learn every skill the ‘GA’ way, I determine where I am toady, why I want this skill, what’s the ROI, I goto future and write myself a mail describing all the benefits I’ve got because of learning this skill. This gives me clarity about my goal & After doing all this stupid stuff, I am motivated enough to get it done & enjoy the process!
