I’ve used somewhat similar examples to lower the profile of some religious discussions – my example was a hill that you watch from the North, South, East and West sides: they might be made of the same soil but will nearly always look different – vines, for instance, will most often be on the sunny side, which
produces the best wine.

No one is always on the South side (well, for Chileans, I should say on the North) but, within a group, we will all be in turns, just not all at the same time. The aim of a great leader is to take profit of the sunny side without making those in the shade feel inferior. What do you think?
