		<description>Very good article, learned a lot about ways to improve communication which is the most important aspect of leadership. 
I think body language is the key to communication in person because its not what you say, its how you say it, that matters!</description>

-Most of us usually find ourselves thinking(worrying) much about what we are going to say in a conversation, and as a result, we end up averting the main subject. I bet that we should be free and lively in any conversation and also to the point also.
