But, how do you get there? How do you build a successful team? Well, the answer lies in the definition of a team.
“A Team is a group of people who are interdependent, who share common goals, and who must coordinate their activities to achieve those goals”. (Northouse, 2004).
At the core of the team is the people and their relationships with the common goals as their driving force. It’s up to the leader to maintain and nurture the processes and clarity to never deviate from the ultimate goal of the team.
