There is no ‘I’ in a TEAM ,

A boss says GO , and a leader say “lets GO ” ! .

A leader is anyone who has two characterstics :First ,he is going some where ; Second, he is able to persuade other people to go with him .

Suceess is always a relative term , No Matter how succesful One is < there is always somebody who is more sucessfull , So Always One has to Set a standard for himself and constantly in improve in the areas in which one is good at, and try to excel in that.

The function of a team is to develop an alliance of the mind and efforts towards accomplishing a predetermined goal.The impact of the sum total of any team is greater than the individual contribution of its members.The more cohesive a term the more surer its quest. The binding force here is the attributes of the leader.
