Exhaustive Theory Index: 12Manage.com
If you want to take a look at almost any possible theory out there about, management, leadership, change and almost anything. Take a look at: 12manage.com, they have a section called  ”expert’s index”. That I think is the most valuable place on the site.
All the themes are one pagers… that means you get a decent brief to be introduced to the subject. It’s a good introductory site.
One nice feature of the site is that most of its pages can be automatically translated, so the information can be read in other languages too. Anyway, I’m not sure about the quality of the translation I only speak Spanish and English. The Spanish translation it’s good enough to have a broad idea of what the content is.
12manage.com, expert’s index
My call: RECOMMENDED as an online Reference for different theories and approaches.
