Whether your starting your research about Leadership or not, a good place to look about the subject is the fantastic book “The Leadership Challenge”, but if you are not able to do that then you might as well check their web site. The book is already in the 4th edition, and I would love to see another edition in five years from now.
It’s not much you can say about Kouzes and Posner that can add to their well earned fame and respect. The Five Practices model proposed in the “Leadership Challenge” has stood the test of more than 20 years, and it’s backed up with even more years of research.
