Leader Values, A Brief Review

A very well crafted site, with extremely interesting information. They’re propelling the 4E model for explaining leadership (Envision, Enable, Empower, Energize). I think it’s a situational approach model. Don’t you agree?

There are several sections in the site, but I would recommend the “Themes” and “Featured Leaders” sections. With just that, there’s plenty to see. It’s a good way of seeing a “model” work its way on the practical side.

My call?: One of the must see sites!!

Here’s the link.
Interesting things I found in the site are:
The Full explanation of the 4E leadership model
A powerpoint summary of John Gardner’s “On Leadership”.
A self assesment questionnaire
