Change Management Implementation, Inc.
Looking around I’ve found this web site. The founder of the site is Dennis W. Hoppe and according to the bio on the site he’s been on the business for nearly twenty years (since 1989).
The real value of the site to me, is that this guy has been helping small to mid size organizations, throughout his career, and not the big companies we always here about. That, I think, is the focus the articles have. We’ll see that differences aside, big and small companies can have the same personal issues, but certainly not the same operational issues.
The articles on the site are good enough to get something out of each one. Although, they might be a little dated. But they’re worth reading anyway.
My call: A nice set of articles.
