A wonderful website dedicated to Leadership Investigation, with several papers on leadership. But most important, with empirical information. I really liked the section called “Leader Action Tips”, at the time of this writing, I found over 20 articles in that section that can be really helpful. Although is intended to Leadership in the Education field, you can adapt a lot of the ideas for the organization as well.
My Call: very good place to look around for another perspective in leadership.
