FastCompany Leadership Columns
Reviewed: October 18th, 2007.This prestigious U.S. publication has a fantastic set of articles written by experts on leadership. I found many of them really interesting and with concepts easy to grasp and attain. I really liked the the way the articles are written, it's refreshing. I would recommend reading one of them every morning, you would complete the series in couple of months or so. It won't take you more than 10 minutes each.
A couple of Articles I liked are:
Needed: Team Leader
Why Tiger Woods Doesn't Cheat
Planning not to learn

Marshall Goldsmith Library
Reviewed: Sep 26th, 2007.This renowned author of 22 books, has a superb website with lots of free articles and resources to share. It's one of the TOP sites with up to date information about leadership. You can access articles he has written for BusinessWeek, FastCompany, and other publications, hear audio and see video files too!!!
A nice feature of the articles in the site is that you can download them, and doing so, you can store or share them in printed or digital form.

Leader-Values.com
Reviewed: Sep 21st, 2007.A very well crafted site, with extremely interesting information. They're propelling the 4E model for explaining leadership. It's a situational approach model. Don't you agree?
There are several sections in the site, but I would recommend the "Themes" and "Featured Leaders" sections. With just that, there's plenty to see. It's a good way of seeing a "model" work its way on the practical side. One of the must see sites!!
Here's the link.
Interesting things I found in the site are:
The Full explanation of the 4E leadership model
A powerpoint summary of John Gardner's "On Leadership".
A self assesment questionnaire
